this guy rapes my team within 2 rounds 
they really beefed him up
team is level 25 Notable equipment and spells below please please help me kill this guy

Paladin Carsomyr DuHM, A of Faith, protection from evil
Korgan Crom/Axe of unyielding
Nalia Gesen's bow, Vecna, Planetar's Abu Dazim's, Dragon breath, sequencers Modrakeinens, the works.
Imoen: same spells a few less level 8 slots
Aerie: 2 level 7 cleric spells staff of magi no level 8 mage spells yet
