Everard - Creating a new character in his style

Hey I was thinking that for an even cooler role playing experience an awesome thing to do would be to create a character called Everard and solo through the entire game. The character would be a cleric and wield the two weapons of everard that you get from the bonus merchant Jovil. Does anyone know of more weapons or information that would make this as 'realistic' as possible? How hard is it to solo as a priest? Thanks,
