uh oh (SPOILER)

I got the Mehrunes razor plug-in for my 360 and i was getting ready to do the quest and i was going to doop my dadric war axe but when i picked it up... it said it crumbled up and vanished! OH MY GOSH... 
took me forever to find one of those! then i tried to get another and i droped it...tried to grab it again and poof! Is there a patch for this or is it part of the game (that i hate a lot?)
And another thing happened. i was doing the dive rock easter egg where you gotta kill that huge troll and i tried pick up this guys helm and it said that same arena thing where i couldn't pick it up. it was a fur helm anyway.
I won't be on for a couple of weeks so just send me a message to my MSN or i'll search this forum in a couple of weeks when i get to it.
