palidians quest

Hi im doing the quest to become a palidian but i cant find the guy i need to kill or i already killed em be4 i started the quest what do i do?
Did you look [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/dungeonlords/walkthrough/celestialorder.php"]here[/url]? The guy you're supposed to kill won't spawn until you've received the quest.
