I think the whole jr thing was Maurice's idea, even before he became Moderator. I think you have to be over 32, with a perfect criminal record and done with your military services, to become a senior member.

Aaarg I can't speak english, Dutch, german and French at the same time!! (Ich weisse das es nicht so gut war Ubik und mein Deutsch ist eben so slecht wie mein Franzosisch.)
