Modified druid expierience table (ease os use)

I'm playing another run through, this time I decided to take Jaheira along since I wanted to try druid spells and she's the best druid in the game.
I've noticed that there's a huge expierience gap between levels 14 and 15, therefore I'm going to install the ease of use component that changes druids so they follow the cleric expieriece table.
2 questions go with this:
1) how balanced is this ?? I don't want Jaheira completely overpowered, but since she's a multi class getting to level 15 druid even with the revised expierience table will take some time. I don't mind her being powerfull at the end of SoA, but I don't want her becoming uber in chapter 2
2) Since druids achieve level 12 earlier than clerics, if I install the mod now (early chapter 2) I would actually become lower level than I'm at now. The question is, whether the mod will automaticly convert Jaheira into a lower level druid subtracting the hp, saving throws, spells, and proficiencies she gained??
If not will I have to shadow keep her into level 1/1 and then add the expierience she currently has ??

I used to install this component, but to be honest I now prefer to play without as I'd rather have Jaheira/Cenrd have access to Insect Plague/Iron Skill earlier.
As to your questions
1) I always find balance to be more personal preference so I really wouldn't like to say.
2) I'm not sure - although I doubt it, and it would probably be better to start a new game.

If you only have SoA it's probably better just to install an XPCap remover for her.
Clerics need 1,350,000 XP to reach level 14, druids 1,500,000. With the SoA XPCap she'll only gain one level as cleric.
If you increase the XPCap from 2,950,000 to 3,000,000 Jaheira can still reach level 14 as druid.
If you use the cleric level progression with ToB you might also want to use the cleric spell progression for balancing reasons. But I don't think Jaheira will be overpowered either way, the advantadge won't kick in before 3,150,000 XP and she'll still be progressing slower than a pure unmodified druid will.

I've installed parts of the mod (it's actually called tweak pack not EoU my bad)

and what happens is the expierience for next level up changes I have a level 11 jaheira whose next level up is at 900k. I know I should'nt be playing with her at level 11 with only approx. 300k in the druid class, but I only have access to one level 6 spell which at at this point I don't think it's gonna overpower her too much.
Over all, I must say I'm very pleased with Jaheira so far. Her romance dialogs actually require me to think about what to say, and I find the druids spells to be alot better than they sound on paper, summon bears and insect plauge do wonders for the hords of low level enemies I'm facing
I've Installed so far Grand Mastery for multi classes, additional bags of holding (ammo belts and potion cases), druid exp table, Female Edwina (can't wait to see her

) and the romance fixes. Hopefully Jaheira romance won't crap out on me.
Edit: I'm using ToB of course

The problem with druids is their low level spells really. Almost all their excellent ones, which put them above clerics, are at high levels so to make use of it, you're really better off with a straight class druid (but not Cernd heh). Fighter/Clerics make better warriors, Fighter/Druids make better spellcasters.
