Knights of the Nine - cant get the quest?!? No hooded guy in Anvil.

Hi,
I won Oblivion and just installed KOTN. I immediately received quests for the wizards tower, to recover missing dwarven artifacts and inherriting a house in Anvil which I completed. Now I'm in Anvil, standing in fron of the church looking for the hooded guy to give me the KOTN quest but hes not there and the guards dont know anyting about it. Has anyone else had this problem? How do get it started? Is it a continuation of the Haunted Anvil House that I'm missing?

Prophet

It only starts after you've spoke to -i thought it was a beggar- people and use the speechoption prophet. After that you will find him next to the church.

No speech option "prophet" for anyone in Anvil. Is there anofficial support board?
