axle wants me to find a safe house and i have incountered three groups of thiefs one group i followed to a door that tells me to get lost what do i do

When you follow the group of thieves which are stationed near the "Warehouse", you will reach a safehouse. If you follow the thief close enough, you will hear someone asking from behind the door "What do you want?" and then the thief answers "All the NeverWinter" (or something like it). Then you can go to the door of the safehouse, give them the same words and enter
