Remember when Kreia predicted the death of the last Mandalorian? which do you think she ment: Jango Fett, or Boba Fett. I personly think she ment Jango.

Boba was the son (or perhaps, a clone) of Jango Fett, from what I remembered. I also suspect that it could be Boba, from what I can tell of Kreia's prediction about the death of the last Mandalorian.Revan Spirit wrote:i havent watched the movies in a while but wasnt boba fett jango fett's son so i think its boba but i may be wrong
From the Wookiepedia, this will probably solve this. After the player defeats Kreia, and the Exile asks her about the Mandalorians. Kreia goes far enough to mention Jango Fett's death at Geonosis, saying he was "too easily slain by a Jedi". She also vaguely refers to the rise of the Galactic Empire, when teaching the Exile about honing her skills, stating that using persuasion could result in "A Republic overthrown, and an Empire created."
I don't recall hearing about that from the movies. Is this information from the Star Wars: Expanded Universe books? I don't read them, by the way.darth poo wrote:there were more mandalorians after boba, remember he had a daughter? and boba was mandalore after rotj, which meant he had to be leading a clan of mandalorians. well, my take.
i read something about it on wiki Boba Fett - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki - A Wikia wikiDesR85 wrote:I don't recall hearing about that from the movies. Is this information from the Star Wars: Expanded Universe books? I don't read them, by the way.
I did a search on Kreia on wookiepedia and i found thisSith Dog wrote:From the Wookiepedia, this will probably solve this.
And this is the quote from Kreia herself...Traya was also able to glimpse far into the future, predicting isolated events with incredible accuracy. Traya was able to predict the death of Jango Fett at the hands of Mace Windu nearly 4,000 years later, in a prophecy relating to the fate of the Mandalorians:
You can find the article here"They will die a death that will last millennia, until all that remains is their code, their history, and, in the end, the shell of their armor upon the shell of a man, too easily slain by Jedi."
—Darth Traya
jango was adopted by a mandalorian warrior Jaster Mereel,so jango was a mandalorian.and got some training from them. he even when to the mandalorian civil war, and shortly after the war he became a bounty hunter.shinigami1321 wrote:As I've always understood it, Jango and Boba Fett weren't actually mandalorians, they just wore the armor. Been awhile since I've picked up any of the books though.
My point, that Jango was trained as a Mandalorian by a Mandalorian. Since the Mandalorian prided them selves in combat above all else I think that would make Jango the last Mandalorian.gonin wrote:I'm sorry but NEITher of these last fett's ,i think ,are the Mandalorians she speaks of.
Jaster Mereel i believe to be the last true Mandalorian.
For those who do not know who he is, he was a Human male from Concord dawn (Mid Rim Planet) and a former Journeyman Protector (law enforcer of Concord Dawn). He was exiled as a Journeyman when he was found guilty of murder.
During his exile he joined the Madalorians and was passionate about restoring the Mandalorians honor and created the Supercommando Codex which was a guideline to proper Mandalorian behavior. It's other purpose was to purge the dishonorable, mercenary ways that had become prevalent among the Mandalorians. THus begining the Mandalorian Civil War in which Jaster's "True Mandalorians" fought Vizsla's "Death Watch" (The Death Watch was a Mandalorian splinter group. They opposed Jaster's reforms and wished to continue to be savage raiders. At least some of them, including Vizsla, wished to start a new Mandalorian War and conquer the Galaxy. They wore unique helmets and were led by an "Overlord." )
During this war, Jaster was fighting on Concord Dawn when the Fett family (who were farmers) hid him and his Mandalorians on his farm. THe Death Watch soon came and murdered Jango's family. Jango in the insueing chaos managed to save Jaster by leading him through a sewer pipe to safety. Now Jango (left an orphan and nowhere to go) was adopted by Jaster and was taught the ways of the Mandalorian.
Jaster died in combat when his Second-in-commande Montross betrayed him to Vizsal.
He was a true Mandalorian warrior beleived in its teaching and did more for the Mandalorians then nearly any other.
Hope this was informative
