Blade SKILL HELP PLEASE!?

I already got all the training from the low and medium level blade people that i can get. my blade level is 60, i need to get it to 70. The only way to get the skill to 70 is to start killing people?

You must seek out Blade Master Alix Lencolia at the Faregyl Inn south of the Imperial City. He will only train you if your fame or infamy exceeds 20 or more.

Although I believe the mid level ones are suppose to train you upto 70, but i'm not really sure..
