i went to talk to keros bla bla bla when i left khulmar said to follow him to where torims hammer is but i couldnt see where he was in order to follow him so my question is where did he go and how do i get there i paused the game then looked all over after our conversation but hes nowhere to be found

Go back towards the exit and have your eyes open for an open door. He's just in a room there in the stronghold.
