where can i fond the Holly Avenger (SPOILER)

Does anyone know where the holly avenger is???? and does is pay being a paladin to use the sword??? Or i just need to put a level in paladin to use it!!!

But how do I get the quest! Do I need to talk to someone?? Because I have kill a Red Dragon and I do not found nothing in is lair!

If you killed the Dragon before you got the quest you're screwed!
You have to get the quest from Ivarr (the priest you can build a church for in your keep) BEFORE you kill the dragon!

I think I remember having read something in the newest patch notes about fixing the problem with having killed the dragon before getting the Ivarr Quest. But since I've never done this quest myself I'm sure. Also I'm not sure if the fix works on existent games or only if you start a new one. At least it's worth a try though.

i'm not sure but i think you MUST be a paladin or perhaps a cleric in order to get the quest

Humm.... so if a reload the game, before killing the dragon and give my fighter a level in paladin I can take the quest? And a single level in paladin is all it takes to take the quest and use the holly Avenger???

in order to get a paladin level your char. must be LG alignement
