Ok I am the Arena Grand Champion and there is still an active quests that says something like "I have won it all" and then there is another that says I need to go back once a week to fight the beasts. I have gone back and fought and killed several times but I cant get these to go away. are they forever open quests?

No way I've found to clear that one from the current quests page.

Same here, been grand champion since level 7, level 40 now, done it over a 100 times and still there.
