Problem Installing KOTOR II

I've been trying to install Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II today without success. Everything is going smooth while installing until DISC 3 of 4. I get this exact error for three attempts.
Unhandled Exception
Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed: ISRT._WaitOnDialog
Setup will now terminate.
In the bottom it shows it is downloading the following file. C:\...\TexturePacks\swpc_tex_tpb.erf
If anyone can help me it would much appreciated.
My laptop has the requirements for the game and I do have some computer knowledge.
