Valygar/Haer Dalis Weapons..Party has Many choices

I am playing a party with that I hope to eventually aquire:
PC sorc SoM
Kheldorn Carsomyr
Jaheira Best Staff or Spear or Club(if need shield)
Jan Best Shortbow or crossbow (melee to avoid ac penalty if fronted)
---------------------------------------------------------------
Then the guys in question are Valygar and Jan
Valygar Celestial Fury Best Longbow and others???????
Haer Dalis shortswords (early) later?????
----------------------------------------------------------------
Now considering that the first four choices don't take up many weapons...there are a lot out there up for grabs. S[ecial Note: I don't like to pause the game a million times and change weapons for ideal situation.
Valygar needs a backstabbing weapon AND possibly an offhand (not neccessarily because he might want to use his bow a fair amount and switching is a pain). Initially Celestial Fury is ideal but whatabout endgame?
Backstabbing weapons: Celestial Fury (to keep it simple), Hindo's Doom +4/5? (still a D10 katana with an extra +1/2, resists), Angurvadal +5 (now +5 w str and fire), Dagger of Stars +5 (15% invisible on hit), Shortsword of Mask +5
I am thinking that Angurval is pretty good backstabbing AND a good utility warrior weapon so a good choice. Hindo's Doom and Celestial Fury good too.
Offhand (does he need one? Do I need bow?): I'm not sure he needs one but Crom Faeyr is out there, Belm, Kundane, Equalizer, Blackrazor, Dagger of Stars? for invis. (I'm really not sure what other good offhand are....I don't think 1 extra attack is quite worth it..you want a good property)
Haer Dalis (melee): Main Hand? Off Hand?
Flail of Ages is up for grabs, Crom Faeyr, Belm, Scarlet, Equalizer, Kundane, Dakkon Zerth, Rune Hammer, Axe of Unyielding, anything goes but probably one handed weapons fit a duel wielder better
My guess is that scimitars are best since sheer number of attacks will help more as he misses the warrior extra attacks/whirlwinds (scarlet ninjato/belm)....2+2+1(offensive spin) attack/round =10 during imp haste
If that is true what other profs are a priority? flail? hammer?
This seems a weird party in terms of many factors including weapons. Any help is appreciated.
