I don't think so at this time at least I haven't seen a code to do it.
At that level if you are just creating your toon you could boost you Int to give you more points to spend if your just short of points.
The only other option I know of would to be using a type of trainer or memory tool, which could locate the address of the Hide skill allowing you to manually change it something like Omni Trainer 1.0.
Though you would proabably have to be in a level up state so you could add a point to Hide, Alt-Tab out and scan, Alt-Tab in change the Hide total and Alt-Tab out again till find the memory location.
It maybe possible in the Toolset also but I am not sure.
There is an execellent NWN specific tool called Leto that allows any kinda editing on your PC, since NWN2 is new it hasn't been converted yet, at least last time I checked a week or so ago.

No, there is not. What is this for? A requirement for a prestige class?

Yes, I was planing on taking 5 Blackguard levels with my LE fighter.

Eh, in that case, you are better off taking a level in either rogue or ranger and dumping the skill points into Hide then. That, or spending 2 points for every 1 gain in fighter and you will have 5 ranks in Hide by the time you reach level 10.

Yes, thats why I whanted the cheat, to be able to start lvling Blackguard sooner. But I obviously can't.

Well, then switch to a level of rogue or ranger, that is the quickest way to get the required skill points. Neither is a bad choice in any case for that build. You will get either Sneak attack from the rogue or Track and 1 Favored enemy from ranger. Both should be useful to you.

Yeah, I think I will do that.
Edit: I think I'll take the Ranger level because Blackguard gets sneak attack at 4th level.
