Missing Blacksmith * small SPOILER *

Hello.
I went through 90% of the game once. Decided to start again to find more ore.
The first time I got the blacksmith and the armorer at my keep. I hired the blacksmith after the fort got destroyed. But NOW, I managed to hire him straight at the fort in act 2 , right after I got my keep.
BUT... he NEVER showed up at the keep. The armorer is there, right. But the blacksmith is NOWHERE to be found. Any idea how I can fix that without going again through 50 hours of gameplay ?
