Where do i find the key t get into shandara's house? 
I didn't know you needed her key, what chapter are you in and what's the quest?

He is probably trying to get in at a point where you are not supposed to get in, like the first time you are there... That is the message you get if you try that (you need a specific key to enter this place). Just means you cannot enter at this point, but later when the time is right you will be able to...
