I got Wellyn's teddy back, I went back to the graveyard but he appears to be missing.

I talked to his parents too, they just say the same thing they same before you get the quest...

Help?

Did you try to go there at night?

Yeah, he's only around at night, and sometimes he's hard to find. Stand still for a while right outside the southern part of the cemetary, and see if he shows up.

Yeah, I've always looked for him at night.

wait for him at night near the entrance, then nip into a tomb for a rest and emerge in daylight to speak to his parents.

If his parents are there, then he won't be. So perhaps it isn't "night enough" (too close to dawn or dusk).

funnily enough, I was looking for bits of dead lich and popped into the graveyard area when lo and behold, Wellyn's parents came up to me and thanked me - giving me xp too. so it is worth trying to meet them after you have given W his Bear.
