Hello ,
I have searched the forums here for some info regarding this issue I have, with my newely crfeated sorcerer. I just finished the game+TOB and started a new one. I created a sorcerer with 18 INT and 18 CHA and the other points randomly distrinuted.
I read here int he forums, that a sorcerer needs high charisma, so I gave him 18 in that attribute, so I did with INT.
In the game, I cannot cast spells, also in themage book, I see the spells but in the lower part of the book it says,"Can cast 0/6 spells" (or something similar).
So, where did I go wrong here?

What are your full stats? And has your character rested recently?

Sounds like you just needs to rest to me. All pc's with spellcasting abilites starts the game without any spells memorised, and in the sorcs case without spellcasting opportunities ready. One rest and they should be ready.

The character is "fresh out" of Irenicus's cage.
Perhaps if I rest then it will do the trick, hummm, never tried it..:speech:

That's it, then. First thing to do when you get out of the cage: get a good night's sleep. That goes for all your characters, too. You may want to change out some of the spells both Imoen and you know, too.
