I just came across a bug, which appearently everyone has heard about, that I can't sell my stolen goods to "the guy in skingrad". I know that I can fence gold at Oongar the Weary's place, but where can I find him??

He lives in Bruma, beside the temple. If he's not home, he's probably at the inn right inside the East gate.
