im on the quest where your trying to find that ladys money and you have to go get yourself arrested to talk to her hubby in jail.. well i did all that i got the necklace from the lady and brought it back to the guy in jail.. he told me where the money was but when i go to search for it where he told me nothing happends.. any ideas where exactly it is.. all my quest journal says its outside town hall... i did miss something that he said when he was telling me where it is..volume was down and 2 year old was sitting on my lap..

any help would be great

believe its in bruma.. (sorry been doing lots of traveling latly lol)

Leave Bruma by the north gate. Veer just a little to the right of the road to Cloud Ruler Temple and walk north. The treasure is in a chest beside a jumbled pile of boulders in a field about halfway down the hill. If you followed Jorundur's plan, you can just grab the loot and the quest will be complete. If you followed Arnora's plan, you'll be confronted by Tyrellius before you can open the chest.
