Hi all,
I've killed Rufio and gone to the abandoned house as requested but at the red door in the basement noone will speak to me and nothing is happening. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you used the action button at the door?(like opening it)

The only possible reason I can think of is that you didn't talk to the Dark Brotherhood guy (Luchanthe? I forget his name) about the secret phrase to get into the Sanctuary. If you've got the phrase already, then I have no idea what happened.
