i will going to form a party like this
Keldorn
Minsc / Mazzy
Jaheria
Aerie
Me (mage-conjuer)
jan / imoen
is there any problem with this

i am going to take jan and keldorn after natalias and anomens quests if they are not hard ???
to take keldorn i have to take hard mission.
is there any problem if i do it later. and when our party be ready for that

Seems like a good setup to me. This will work.

You might want to keep a close eye on Jan and Minsc though. While Jan appears to have a good sense of humor, Minsc doesn't share this with him. And the joker will eventually try to steal Boo from Minsc.
