So what, besides the whole force lightning + lightside powers thing is different when playing neutral. I hear people saying that you get extra conversation options with Kreia. I can only imagine that the 'neutral conversation' should replace the one like "i have seen perform you many acts of cruelty/charity, kindness' one. So what is it?
Well, can't say much about this as I've never played neutral before. All I know is that you won't be able to get the prestige classes. As for the ending, I'm not sure how it will turn out to be.
