There were some challenges before and i might miss that one, but nevertheless:
how about minimal XP amount and level to finish the game either in party and solo mode?
(Have no claim for championship myself, just wonder)

I wouldn't be surprised if all of the minimal awards add up to 3 mil anyway.

That would make it rather pointless for solo.

There's an interesting thought...
Level 7 character with Crom Faeyr, Cloak of Mirroring, Ring of Gaxx...
It'd probably have to be some form of Mage dual, so you could run through the game with the Staff of the Magi. That thing makes
everything easy if you have enough patience. Whack something, press F2, wait five seconds, whack again...

Yes, there was such challenge for SoA. I have played with a multi T/M without any level ups. There was a similar challenge for the fastest (game time) play-through.
In both challenges the key to the success was to avoid fights. Hence the key items were: Staff of Magi and the Cloak of Non-detection.

Well, the idea was about min. experience to finish the game, not lowest level. Speed isn't the same all the way - you might have to spend a lot of time to avoid getting experience altogether.

whats the max?

LOL max is 8 million to 11.9 million, i modifyed the level up cap so every single class including mages can reach level 40,

its scarey when you see muliclass with both class at 40, and dual class, well.... you got to level the first kit to 40 then dual and you can level the second to 40, well that's more like 39/40 but its just plainly scarey
*note: the above thing i do that onice in a while and its fun onice in a while but it does get tireing so most of the time i just play with 8 milli cap, some time i just want to have a blast
but heh serious i personaly like to hit the 8 million cap as soon as possiable when i am soloing, so before i go into chapter 3 the one at spellhold if i'm right, i always do every single quests for the good loot, great cash, and pheatoa of xp, i usually hit spellhold around 30 or so, by the end of the game i am usualy around the cap, that's solo, but with a party its more reasonable but i'm still always insanely high when i hit spellhold.

You can do two thing to get your entire party of 6 to the xp cap, one is fireing on the endless spawn of firegiant in the first town u spawn in tob.
second one is an Extreme type of endurence fight, its in the seadi lair, just stay back by the door and don't go after the slave master, just wait and kill the endless spawn of critter, all i can say is GENOCIDE (XENOCIDE or whatever) by the end of the game every one in my party off 6 hit 8 milli cap and had been playing for 5 straigh hour in REAL TIME, no rest u can't, etc... it basicaly was an endurence fight, big time.
(notice it wasn't me who found this secert some one else i forget their name, sorry!)

Well, that would depend on...
- How many people he has to split XP with...
- What level he is right now.
- Whether you're doing a quest that gives good XP.
- How much time you spend on the game.

Right?
