Possible Edwin bug using Project Image

I've noticed that when I use Project Image, the projected images have 2 spells less per level. The "choice" of spells that get "lost" is random, I can't pin down the slots "lost", they change but somehow are always seem to be the really usefull spells like improved alcracity or time stop, though not always, and it's not restricted to level 9 spells. 2 spells from each level are taken.
I've tried shuffling the spells around but as mentioned the loss is random. It seems Edwin's special amulet isn't transferring over correctly to the projected Image. Now 3 questions remain; is this a bug or a feature, secondly how do I fix this if it's a bug, and lastly can this be due to one of my mods (below)
Mod's installed in the following order:
SoA
ToB
ToB patch
Ascension
Baldurs gate tweak pack
- Druids level as clerics
- Change Imoens avatar to mage
- Romance fixes
- Grandmastery for multiclasses
- Extra bags of holding (ammo belts and potion cases in a few selected shops)
- Imoen dialog ToB dialog fix
- I think this is it as you can see, minor changes only.
Edit: come on it's been a few days, someone here must know if this is a bug ???? just knowing that would greatly help me
