Saving question

Okay, something I just read in a faq makes me wonder.

I understand that if you "Hero Save" while in the middle of a quest ( then exit game and reload from that save) you have to redo the quest from the begining.

But the faq implied that a "World Save" actually saves the quest progress! (ie- you DON"T have to replay the part of the quest you have done!)

Is this right? And if so:

HOW THE HECK DO I MAKE A "WORLD SAVE" WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF A CURRENT QUEST???

You can't. You can only world save in between quests.

saves will not retain you place in a quest, but it will remember experience gained and items acquired. It's one of the oddest save systems I've ever encounter and is easily exploitable for massive exp or quest items.

Man, you are not just whistling dixie there my friend!

The devs REALLY oughtta lay off smoking the wacky tabacky and drinking the 'shroom tea during working hours!

They musta had the caterpiller as head dev and the mad hatter for lead beta tester! (where's the red queen when you really need her?off with their heads!):mischief:

The exploitable aspect you mentioned is cool except when you hate having to go over already covered ground!
