What's a poor landlord to do?

Okay, so, I bought some houses, fixed 'em up, and am renting them out.
Now---
How the heck do I collect the rents? And how often?

The money should be next to the rent sign. As for how often you need to collect the rent, I'm not really so sure but for me, it's once a day.

You should pick it up when There a 3 bags of gold if I remember correctly.
I think there was a max ammount of cash..but again..I'm not sure

use the sign to rent the house.
then,as long as theres people living in the house(people respawn after two midnights) one money bag will apear in front of the sign after each midnight,to a max of 3 bags.
