How do you get buff in TLC?

If you mean big and muscular- just do a lot of melee for the strength xp- and then spend it on physique (and of course health & toughness)!

btw- the "Berserk" spell makes you REALLY buff! ('till it runs out a course!)

being "obese" gives a nice solid look too.
