How do I get a Frying Pan? Or that red wig?

Hmm Can anyone tell me how to get those items?
The red wig you find inside a drawer at the Darkwood Bordello and the frying pan you can get by digging near the barn at Orchard farm... but that will be the weak version.
To get the strong version of the frying pan, the one with five augmentation slots, you need to collect all of the clues and THEN dig near the barn.
