Resolution reset

Now matter what I set it at the main menu, everytime I load a game the resolution and graphical details are reset to 640*480 and lowest, respectively. Any help? I can't change them back in-game either because the low resolution means the sliders are off the edge of the screen

I had that problem as well. To fix it? You have to make a new profile.(Not to keep) And then go to settings while playing the new profile. Then change them to what you want. Save it.Then exit out of that account. And log back into the main one you want to use. Then that should be that. And when your done, Just delete the new one.
