Saving in Arena

Like... i have searched all the posts on this forum and havent found an answer and i really want one.. becouse... it's bad for your view of the game to play the start too many times... So, how do one save? 
In DOSBox this is...
(just said it if there was some diffrence... ^^)
I'm getting sick of waiting, i really wanna play Arena. It is so nice(in a wierd way) so far as i have been playing it without saveing.
