Okay guys I'm about to gnaw off a finger over this.

I'm right at or around the trial though thinking of jumping back to get the construct (which like an idiot I forgot all about) but I'm having really annoying problem with Khelgar.

My influence with him fails left and right. I've done the dwarf camp, I've gotten at the VERY LEAST 5 influence with him but I cant get him through the Neeshka dialogue. Influence fails every time. I just imagine I dont have the 5-7 everyone says is needed to get past this!

Anyone know of any way to actually verify what your current influence is with somebody? I wanted to go back and try to get it as high as I could with each character (except bishop who'll damage all the others too much).

EDIT: Okay I stumbled across a post containing the debug command to check influence (rs kr_influence if anyone needs it) and I show Khelgar's at 5. Isnt' that high enough to get him past the Neeshka predujice conversation? I've tried in the Flagon and tried with both in the party on the street.

Welcome to the board.
Remember to try to use the search function.
As an example "influence" might have yeilded some answers.

activate your console with this and remember Caps matter;
DebugMode 1

then type this;

rs kr_influence

Its very easy to figure out at this point.

This game has totally got me. Been awhile since I've heavily gotten into an RPG so for me this is fantastic!

I was reading the walkthrough stuff on Khelgar and the reason I brought this up was there was no significant loss of influence with him that I noticed. It did say BETWEEN 5 and 7 and Khelgar is at 5.

I guess I'll just go back to shortly before hitting NW (I screwed up and never got the skymirror quest) and just be EXTRA cautious about influence points. That console command will be a lifesaver!

The companion page actually said, "Somewhere around 5-7 points is enough." I checked just now, and you need 7 points.

Thanks for the help. I gave up and went back about 20 hours of play and fixed my influence. It's AMAZING how high you get all of them if you actually pay attention.
