Just finished Eyegouger for the second time and tried searching for this but no result. I've been as far as the Trial before (Went back to fix all the butchering I did to influence) so if this gets answered later feel free to tell me, no need for spoilin

So, when you get to the second (real) emissary and free him, if you ask him about his credentials that they made such a big deal about back at the Watch he says that his captors took them and then "If you are willing, I would like to have them back, but our safety must come first." then he leaves.

To me that implies they are somewhere to be found. Anyone know where they are?

i'm on my 7th run in the game and i never have found credentials
