Where can i buy high lvl spells?

Im playing a solo game and my mage just hit lvl 18 (took the cap off). this means that i can cast a lvl 9 spell, but i dont know where to get them from. does anybody know? and i dont have ToB just SoA.
and by the way, how do i get into the underak?

You can find some spells in the Underdark. You get there by the Koa city.

Guys,
Good ol' Ribald also sells some *nice* ninth level spells at the adventurer's mart. You might want to look there.

8th and 9th level spells can be found:
- as a random item in different areas
- on Amnish guards when you pickpocket them (rare)
- in Spellhold in different containers
- in stores in the Underdark
- in Ribald's special stock upon returning from the Underdark
