Some questions about the spell cataclysm
1) Around how much damage deos it do (I'd check on dragons but I killed them all long before tomb of souls)
2)It appears as though it uses every element, does it?
and 3) Do magic bariers affect it?

(Note: If you sell the one in the game you can get you can buy more for a handsome fee.)

I can't answer your question directly but dragons will spawn in the breeding grounds by Arindale if you hang around there. Try setting your game options to "more" for random encounters and then you can find out for yourself.

Don't know about elements but it hits a span from about 152-174 about seven times in a row on a single enemy, number of hits increases per enemy in area
