Bodhi and Aerie *SPOILER*

Ok, playing through the game with Aerie in my party for the first time and I've also been romancing her. When going to the final battle with Bodhi she appears and kidnaps Aerie. Now, I have beaten Bodhi and took her heart and what now? The journal says that maybe Elhan or his sages can help but there's not even a conversation option about Aerie so how can I get her back?
All help appreciated.
