Can anyone recommend a decent motherboard that has PCI express slots and space for a 775 P4 processor? It also needs to fit in the case of a Dell Dimension 2400. I need to upgrade my motherboard so I can get a new graphics card but don't know enough about motherboards to know which are any good or which are even the right size for my pc.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what processor you are using as there are different types of processors under the LGA775 code. If you are using the P4 520 (HT technology processors) and others under this series, you might want to consider motherboards within the P915 and P925 series such ASUS' P5GD1, P5GD2, P5GDC or P5AD2 to name a few.
If your processor is the Pentium D or Core 2 Duo series, you might have to need a different motherboard under the P945 series and above such as the ASUS P5LD2 to name a few.
P.S. Sorry for the lack of choices as I'm only familiar with the ASUS brand when it comes to motherboards. Friend of mine recommended this brand to me when I upgraded my computer 2 years ago.

Ok, thanks Des.
I have a socket 775 P4 3.2ghz HT processor. Which one of those would you say is the best one as I don't want to find I'll need to upgrade again anytime soon?

The best one? This is tough. Hmm. I might go for the ASUS P5AD2 Premium, since it also supports up till DDR 2 600 and it comes together with Wireless LAN. More info can be found here.
