Or some such...anyhow, she's in the public sensorium and the mage-instructor Onyx Salabesh mentions outside the Festhall, but when I talk to her she just acts all spaced-out and doesn't respond to any questions.

Most annoying, boosting charisma doesn't help, can't exactly attack her either, not good manners after all...

Does anyone know how to get her to pay attention?

I don't know if you still check this forum, or haven't solved the problem on your own, being like a month and a half since your post (hey, I just joined this forum!) But what you have to do is.......

Talk to Lady Thorncomb. Notice how spaced out she is? Go back to Salabesh, who will jump for joy. Then go back to Thorncomb, and tell her that if she doesn't leave the sensorium, Salabesh will take her job. That will get her back into the training hall where she belongs.
