Hi guys. When I was trying to talk with that doc in Vaul City, (Courtyard) he told me I need a component or something like that in order to get an implant ( wanted to get the best). So can somebody tell me how did you get those implants, because I have no idea how to do it or where to find those components . In case of any of my char's stats needed, tell me, and I'll write them.

You need to have Combat Armor as well. And it must be normal combat armor, no Mark II or advanced comat armor or any other. Just plain combat armor.

Thanks. When being in San Fran I gained some dermal implants (or phoenix - don't remember), however, I was wearing Power Armour. Anyway, I'll be trying.
