I have my maincharacter lvl 13 avenger-druid and I thought to ask, how I can prepare to those tests or somekind, that I can have the Master Druid title. Is the battles or some riddle test or what?

The title is simply granted to you once you go to the Grove and accept it's respnsibilities. The quests then ensue, and you must maintane the grove in order to keep your new title.
