I've been using that feature on the index page of gamebanshee a lot lately. If you click on a thread link there, you always get transported to the first page of that thread. Makes sense, because you're supposed to click on the >> to see the latest post. While this works in the main forum page, it does not work on the main Gamebanshee page.

So here I am, notifying the administrator. :)

hmmm.... strange...

It does work perfectly on me...

I'm using latest version of Opera, and was thinking if it is related to your browser...

Hm. Just so we're in the clear, I'm talking about this type of link at the main GB site:

We are talking about the very same thing then.

Is it still giving you the error? Was just thinking that what if it was only a temporare problem, which would explain why I didn't get it after you...

It still is. At first I thought this was cookie related (I normally only allow preselected pages to dump their cookies), but I'm already being logged into the forums on the GB main site. I also noticed this:

http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o136/yunage/bugs.gif

I can see what's probably the correct URL when I move my mouse over the >> hyperlink. Yet it always dumps me at the error message.

I'm getting the same error it seems in FireFox 2, Opera 9 and IE 7.
It does not seem to be browser specific.

Now it gets interesting...

I just tested it again, and I'm too getting the error now.
And no, I didn't get it earlier today....

Odd. I opened the link roughly fifty times, but I wasn't able to get the right page loaded. It seems different to me than those memory problems buck had to fix last month.

Thanks for pointing this out. The "&goto=lastpost" variable in the URL apparently no longer works with the version of vBulletin we recently upgraded to. I've removed it so that clicking the little arrow at least gets you to the thread instead of an error message. I'll see if I can figure out an alternate way to get this to work.

I mentioned that error at least a month ago I think, and have been getting it for months prior to that. I thought it was just me who was dealing with it since no one else at the time was getting the error that responded.

Me too, unfortunately, I'm to lazy to report it :o

 I reported it. No one else did, or they weren't experiencing it at the time though. I believe it was Xandax that was the mod who responded as well when I mentioned it?
