I have to say the folks at Black Isle have a great sense of humor. A game hasn't made me laugh like this since Leisure Suit Larry. (for those who don't know what I'm talking about, case and point..It's been a long time)
My favorite is Neeber.

I don't get that. I had Minsc with Lilarcor for about half the game (cheating? Why do you say that?) and I never got any dialogue between the two. The sword would say things like 'kill kill kill' every now and then, but no one ever replied.

I've had Minsc with Lilarcor for some time too, but they never said anything to each other (except when I used the 'Converse' option in the item description page, and I reckon it would do that with anyone). Does Minsc say anything to Lilarcor (or however you spell it) that couldn't be said by anyone else?

The same here;but i did like hearing Neeber.OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH,potion,OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH,Potion.I tortured him for 20 minutes.

If you put up with him long enough, he actually says something to the effect of, "People are always throwing rocks at me."
Then
"You've been really nice to me. Here I'll give you some of the rocks, just don't throw them back at me."
And everyone in your party recieves 1000 xp each.
Made me misty. Those guys at Black Isle just toy with my emotions. Sniff.

If you dominate Neeber and then Move him to the far top left, when the domination wears off he turns hostile and the guards kill him. truly hilarious

Gotta try that one. Even in BG I was nice to him, even though he was even more annoying then than he is in BGII, so maybe now is the right time to kill him, or as you say, let the guards kill him... heehee
