It isn't a guy, it the Ancestral Ghost that has it, you have to check it's remains after you kill it. I hope you haven't left the area, or have a save before entering or leaving the area, because it disappears very quickly, and without a console that means 'game over'. I ran into this bug when I first played the game, fortunately I was on a PC so was able to overcome it. It's really bad of Beth that none of their patches fixed this game killing bug.

Please remember to put a SPOILER tag on threads like this, just as the sticky thread asks at the top of the forum. I've received a complaint from a member who hadn't reached this point, and was pretty pissed at reading any details about a quest she hadn't received.
I'll change this title. In the future you're on your own. Bear in mind that unlabeled threads which give away spoilers have a tendency to vanish.

Whilst in general I'd be in total agreement with you Fable, when it comes to a game killing bug like the one we're talking about I'm not so sure.
Which would the person who contacted you rather have, a minimal spoiler (we haven't mentioned anything about where the quest is gained, or where the tomb is or anything other than the bow), or would he/she rather have to start the game from scratch because they weren't warned?

Then the title should mention a bug, in addition to spoilers. I changed the title from something like "Please help" to "Juno burial." I'll add "bug" to that.

That is odd. I am way passed that part of the game. I never had that problem. I even saved before I killed that guy to get the bow...I forgot to get it once and left the area, so when I reloaded it all I had to do was kill it again. Then again I am using the GOTY edition. Maybe they fixed that bug in mine. I also have an xbox. I can say one thing though there are parts int he GOTY that I wish I could open the console, like in the Quarra clan quests. The one quest where the trigger word(s) for the quest is raw materials. For some reason when I asked about "use to me" in Volrina's topics (that is after killing Irarak) She say that I could gather "raw materials" but the topic never appeared as a topic that I could talk to her about. So it was a game killer if you want to be a vampire. I have yet to find anything about this bug though. So I think it's only on the GOTY edition of morrowind. Oh Sorry if that was a spoiler for anyone else.

Juno Barial issues
I'm having the same issue about the bow, but I have the PC addition. Every time i walk into the room where the bow is supposed to be, i get an error message asking me if i want to continue. If I say yes, the item is no where to be found, but if i hit no, the game shuts down.

Sounds to me like there's possibly a problem with the Bonebiter bow file.Spoiler highlight to read:
Try typing this into the console:
player->AddItem, bonebiter_bow_unique, 1
That should add the bow to your inventory so that you can complete the quest. If there is a problem with the item file, then you should avoid interacting with it. Get it back to the Urshilaku camp and dump it as soon as the quest is complete, preferably in a tent you don't have to visit again,so not any close to the Ashkan's yurt or the Wise Woman's Yurt. Don't worry about te bow being valuable, it's rubbish.
