i have Nalia that is mage/thief and she is gaining xp and levels only in mage class. How can i change her into thief?

Sorry to say you can't do that (unless there is mod for it)
She dueled to a mage from a thief so after that is done you can't go back

Download Shadowkeeper:

open your savegame and change Nalia to a thief. Best thing to do is make her a level 1 thief and give her the same amount of total experience she has now.
That way when you reload your game she will immediately level up and you can allocate her thief points whatever way you want.
Warning: Shadowkeeper can sometimes corrupt your savegame file. Make sure you have a back up before editing it!
