Buying House in Skyngrad?

My friend bought a sweet house in Skyngrad but i cant find the person who sells the house. Can someone help me?

It's an Orc, he spends some time at the Skingrad castle every day. You won't find him there all day though. Note that this is the only house that can have a maid. You can find her at the Calovian Traders shop, or roaming about town asking for work.
