Stuck at the brawlers pen cuz of a BIG RED BOX

In the beginning, fighting in the Brawl Pen at the County Fair or whatever, I'm totally stuck because instead of a gate there is a HUGE RED BOX like a graphics error and once I'm teleported in I never get teleported out and cannot leave so I'm stuck in the pen forever. This is crazy, wasn't this game bugtested before release? I am controlling the main character, have talked to the priest guy and clicked through the tutorial. What am I doing wrong?
