I got a mission in Vivec to steal some green glass or crystal in Ebonheart from a boat. The only boat around has two hatches to unlock and has one person guarding it. I can't open the locks and the creature allows me to travel to other places. Is this the right ship or is there another?

There should be 2 boats if I am correct:

1 of them is the boat service and the other is to go to Holyaman Monastery. They are right beside eachother.
