Training Greycloaks in XR Keep

How do I increase unit strength for the greycloaks?

After you get Katriona to join you, alternate here between training and recruiting. Start Veedle building, go visit Kana, giver her the instructions, go back to Veedle, build something else, go back to Kana, check the Keep report, change instructions, until recruits & training levels are up. Don't forget to improve weapons and armour.
